- ONLINE - When you've completed your online registration (once you arrive at the "Registration Confirmation" page, prior to entering payment,) you will receive an email confirmation with your registration number (e.g #R0000001.) To receive the adjusted rate of $225, send an email to the Registrar at cpinfo@ncjfcj.org, including your name, registration number, and that you would like to receive the $225 social workers rate.

- BY FAX - Your completed registration form should be faxed to 775-784-6628, and must indicate the the $225 social workers rate somewhere on the form. ** Please note ** If you fail to mention the special rate of $225, your registration WILL be billed at the regular registration fee of $425.
